The provision of Article 21 of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) is summarized as such: “persons with disabilities shall have the freedom to express their opinions and the opportunity to access to information”; therefore, in order to allow the offenders of domestic violence to clearly and readily understand contents of the offender treatment plan, with a hope to reduce their resistance to the participation in the treatment and to reduce the risks of violence, the readable and understandable literature for offender treatment plan is prepared in July 2020.
