Witnessing domestic violence refers to any experience of witnessing verbal or physical violence or any sexual offence on the spot, hearing quarrels or sounds of fighting between family adults in the next-door room or in darkness, and even observing any bruise or scar, any facial expression of depression or heart-breakage in any party of the domestic violence, or any damaged objects at home.
Target of service
Children and youths under 18 years old whose household registration are in Taipei , whom have currently continued to witness domestic violence or have been witnessing domestic violence for the past three years and are suffering from physical or mental trauma, as well as those who are with weak family supporting system.
Services - Case management

- Accompany to court appearance /accompany to medical visits
- Accompanying medical treatment
- Volunteer service
- Training professionals to provide effective intervention
- To advocate and promote community awareness
