These programs are offered by the Taipei City Center for Prevention of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault.EligibilityVictims of domestic violence or sexual assault residing in Taipei City.Some services may extend to those not domiciled but actually living in the city.Sexual Assault Victim Support1. Emergency Living AllowanceApply within 6 months of the incident.Maximum subsidy: 2 or 3 months of Taipei City’s minimum living expenses.Note: Not available if victim is already placed by the government.2. Litigation Costs and Attorney FeesApply within 6 months after court ruling.Litigation cost subsidy: Max NT$20,000 (1st trial), NT$30,000 (2nd or 3rd).Attorney fee subsidy: Max NT$50,000 for criminal/civil, NT$20,000 for brief legal advice.3. Medical ExpensesApply within 3 months of treatment.Actual expenses covered, per regulations.4. Psychological RehabilitationApply within 3 months of treatment.Up to 15 sessions:Individual: NT$1,400/sessionCouple/family: NT$2,500/sessionGroup: NT$800/session5. Emergency Shelter ExpensesApply within 6 months of incident.Hotel subsidy: NT$1,500/day per person, NT$2,000/day with family. Max 7 days.Domestic Violence Victim Support1. Emergency Living SupportApply within 6 months of incident.Subsidy: Max 3 months of minimum living expense.Note: Not available if already housed by government.2. Children’s Living AllowanceTarget: Victims with children under 15.Subsidy: 1/10 of current minimum wage per child per month.3. Legal AssistanceCovers legal fees for civil/criminal/collateral litigation.4. Medical Assistance for InjuriesApply within 3 months of treatment.Subsidy: 70% of expenses (up to NT$30,000). NT$120,000 for children under 18 or applicants under special rules.5. Injury Assessment SubsidyApply within 3 months.Subsidy: Actual expenses conforming to city standards.6. Housing Placement SubsidiesHotel subsidy: NT$1,500/day (alone), NT$2,000/day (with family). Max 7 days.7.
